The 138th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment lost 6 officers and 90 enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 1 officer and 70 enlisted men to disease during the Civil War.

 

It is honored on the Pennsylvania Monument at Monocacy, Maryland.
